All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work BDBO does not offer refunds or exchanges.

In most cases barn doors and baby gates will completed and installed within 45 days of deposit. Some exceptions may apply.

Adjustments are made on an as needed basis and by appointment only.

​

For discrepancies in fabrication only, a rebuild will be offered, per door, at no additional cost, within 45 days. Rebuilds must be original design. An additional fee will apply for redesigns.

BDBO does not offer refunds on hardware, tracks or handles. Replacement of hardware will be at cost to the client. Installation charge may apply.

​

Repairs to damages for any products that occur after installation will be at the cost of the client.
